PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display apparatus which can be manufactured at low cost and in which displayed information can be changed according to circumstances, and to provide an information display panel, an indicator lamp, and an information display method. SOLUTION: The information display panel 10 is constituted, such that a first conductive layer 12 and a second conductive layer 14 are laminated with an insulating layer 13 inbetween. The indicator lamp 30 can be turned on by inserting the indicator lamp 30 into the information display panel 10 and applying a voltage from a power source 16 to the first conductive layer 12 and the second conductive layer 14. Since the first conductive layer 12, the insulating layer 13, the second conductive layer 14, and a cover layer 15 are elastic, respectively, the indicator lamp 30 can be attached to an arbitrary position of the information display panel 10, and can be easily detached by being pulled out.
