PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a throttling effect of a refrigerant in a capillary tube in a refrigerant cycle device using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant. SOLUTION: The refrigerant cycle device 1 is comprised by annularly connecting a compressor 11, a gas cooler 12, the capillary tube 14, an evaporator 15, or the like, and it uses carbon dioxide as a refrigerant. A throttling part 14B with an inner diameter that is smaller than other portions is provided in one part of the capillary tube 14.
