SOLENOID VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a solenoid valve for passing a small quantity of refrigerant even in a valve closing state. SOLUTION: This solenoid valve 1 has a pipe-shaped valve body 10 and a valve seat member 20, and constitutes a valve chest 12. An electromagnetic coil unit 30 magnetizes a suction piece 50 when carrying an electric current, and attracts a plunger 70. A valve unit 100 integral with the plunger 70 has a cylindrical filter 120 fitted to and installed on the outer periphery of a valve element 110, a first disk-like filter 140 inserted into an inner diameter part of the valve element 110, a tapered orifice groove 152 and a second disk-like filter 170, and makes a refrigerant in the valve chest 12 flow to the pipe P2side when closing a valve. Foreign matter in the refrigerant is removed, and foam is fined, and generation of noise is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
