PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device that unerringly prevent damage to a piezoelectric element for a long time. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element 300 is covered with a protective film 100 made of a moisture resistant material with the exception of the connection between a first lead electrode 90 and a second lead electrode 91, the first lead electrode 90 and the second lead electrode 91 are extended onto the protective film 100, an area including the connection between the first lead electrode 90 and the second lead electrode 91 and the connection between an upper electrode film 80 and a lower electrode film 60 is covered with a polyimide insulation film 110 and made moistureproof and short circuit between the upper electrode film 80 and the lower electrode film 60 in the connection due to dew condensation is prevented.
