摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated packaging material having oxygen barrier properties and reduced in the occurrence of a pinhole in the field of medical treatment, medicines, food and the like, and a laminated packaging bag. SOLUTION: This laminated packaging material is constituted by laminating at least a biaxially stretched polypropylene film layer, an oxygen barrier layer and a multilayered hot-melt layer in this order. The biaxially stretched polypropylene film layer are laminated by an extrusion lamination method, and the oxygen barrier layer and the multilayered hot melt layer are laminated by a dry lamination method. The multilayered hot melt layer is composed of at least two layers, that is, a low density layer and a high density layer and the low density layer is arranged on the side of the oxygen barrier layer and straight chain low density polyethylene, which is obtained by polymerizing 8C ethylene and anα-olefin using a solution polymerization method using a metallocene catalyst, is used at least in the low density layer.
