PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device which can prevent defective transfer that occurs when paper is hitched with a paper guide plate forming a die thereof. SOLUTION: The punching device has a first guide member 451 and a second guide member 44. The first guide member 451 has the die formed therein, that faces a punching blade of a punching means, and constitutes a carrying path. The second guide member 44 faces the first guide member and constitutes the carrying path. The punching device further has a third guide member 461 which is energized by a spring, and guides paper by drawing the same toward the second guide member. The third guide member is formed of the guide plate which is rotatably supported by a shaft on an upstream side of the carrying path while forming a free end on its downstream side.
