PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a pure water manufacturing system capable of significantly shortening a construction period. SOLUTION: The pure water manufacturing system 1 includes a raw water tank T, a pre-treatment system 2, a primary pure water system 3 and a sub-system 4, wherein each of systems 2 to 4 is to be skidded so that each can separately function. The pure water manufacturing system 1 is assembled in a factory, completes validation, is shipped which satisfies a standard, is installed at an installation location and is adjusted so as to obtain a required quality.
