PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transcutaneous telemetering means of a low frequency to an implanted medical device. SOLUTION: An implantable medical device avoids power dissipation by an eddy current in a metal case of an implant and /or in a human tissue by advantageously utilizing the low frequency (for example, 100 kHz or less) in telemety communication by an external control module, thereby, a relatively small implant which employs the case of a metal such as titanium, is made possible, and furthermore/or a telemetry signal of relatively greater strength to deeper implantation is made possible.
