PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoisting device for a crane capable of coming alongside of an outside part of a skeleton without generating interference between an object and capable of always maintaining horizontal condition without losing horizontal balance of the device when unloading a hoisted load. SOLUTION: This hoisting device 1 is provided with a frame 2 to be hoisted by a crane, which is framed into a rectangular shape and formed with a hoisting load 20 supporting/fixing part in a side surface on a horizontal longitudinal building side thereof, and provided with a balance weight 5 capable of moving along the horizontal longitudinal direction inside the frame 2.
