PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten adjustment accuracy without reassembly at the time of fine adjustment in a flywheel. SOLUTION: This flywheel has a rotating mass rotating with a shaft as a center, and a housing accommodating the rotating mass. A balance adjusting member is provided on a face opposed to a housing side face of the rotating mass, and a balance adjusting hole is provided on the housing side face. Because the balance adjusting member of the rotating mass can be moved through the balance adjusting hole, adjustment accuracy can be heightened without a need to open, close and assemble the housing at the time of fine adjustment.
