PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for heating a stamper of a thermal transfer press device. SOLUTION: In relation to a mold formed in at least one of a lower case 11 and an upper case 12, a thermal transfer press comprises a base 21, a stamper 27 for transferring a pattern to a working object 2, a temperature control plate 3 having a passage 31 in the inside of which a fluid flows and installed between the base 21 and the stamper 27 for holding the stamper 27 and heating and cooling the stamper 27, a high-temperature fluid circulation unit 41 for allowing the high-temperature fluid to flow into the passage 31 at the time of heating the stamper 27, and a low-temperature fluid circulation unit 43 for allowing the low-temperature fluid to flow into the passage 31 at the time of cooling the stamper 27.
