PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas treatment device capable of being reduced for a take-away amount of oil. SOLUTION: The blow-by gas treatment device is installed in a head cover of an engine, and comprised of a separator chamber 20 where a plurality of baffle plates 21 are projected toward a blow-by gas passage alternately, an intake 30 for introducing blow-by gas containing oil mist in the head cover and oil scattered in the head cover, and an oil screen chamber 40 between the intake 30 and the separator chamber 20, communicated to each respectively and partitioned by a partition plate 50.
