PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition for molded articles having a flip-flop metallic feeling for obtaining a thermoplastic molded article having the flip-flop metallic feeling equal to that of a coated article. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition used for molded articles having the flip-flop metallic feeling comprises 0.5-49.9 wt% of an aluminum powder having an aspect ratio of 10-100, 0.1-49.5 wt% of interference pearl mica having an aspect ratio of 10-100 and 50-99.4 wt% of a thermoplastic resin.
