PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable case capable of opening and closing even with a small expansion of a housing part and being easily assembled. SOLUTION: The portable case 10 includes the housing part 12 and opening and closing parts 30 and 32. Upper ends of side parts 16 and 18 of the housing part 12 are placed on bending pieces 40 and 54 of ends of opening and closing side parts 30a and 32a of the opening and closing parts 30 and 32 and fixed by nipping of clips 42 and 56. Protrusive parts 44 and 58 projecting to sides of the clips 42 and 56 from faces of the side parts 16 and 18 and the bending pieces 40 and 54 are formed on the inside of the clips 42 and 56, thereby preventing the clips 42 and 56 from coming off.
