PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower starting torque and dynamic friction torque by reducing frictional force of a lip part of a seal member, improve lubricity, and improve wear resistance of the lip part. SOLUTION: In this linear guide bearing device provided with an underseal member 20 arranged on a lower face of a slider 2 along the axis direction, having the lip part 23 brought into sliding contact with a side face of a guide rail 1 and sealing a space between the guide rail 1 and the slider 2, the lip part 23 of the underseal member 20 is shaped to have a large number of projections and recesses along the axis direction of the guide rail 1.
