<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relux/reduce restriction on the user side and the article sale agent side when an electronic commerce is utilized. <P>SOLUTION: An article collection instruction request is transmitted to a home delivery agent terminal 40 by a service agent server 30 which receives an accounting delivery request from a store terminal 20. After article collection completion information from the home delivery agent terminal 40 is received by the service agent server 30, a settlement request is transmitted to an accounting processing agent device 50. Then, after settlement completion information is received, the article delivery instruction request is transmitted from the service agent server 30 to the home delivery agent terminal 40.
