<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for management of customers and equipment sold that enables effective use of customer information, equipment information and sales information. <P>SOLUTION: The system for management of customers and equipment sold comprises a customer information database 48 for registering customer information, an equipment information database 50, a sales information database 80 for registering sales information, and input means for inputting various information. When both sales information and purchase information are input, customer information registered in the customer information database 48 and the sales information registered in the sales information database 80 are linked according to customer management data in the customer information, and the customer information registered in the customer information database 48 and equipment information registered in the equipment information database 50 are lined according to equipment lot data in the equipment information, so that the databases 48, 50 and 80 are linked via the customer management data and equipment lot data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
