<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub for stably and safely taking bath while relaxing, in which a user reclines in a diagonally upward position so that the body is supported and the user easily places the feet on an inclined foot resting part. <P>SOLUTION: The bathtub 1 is provided with an upper body supporting part 6, a buttock stopper 9 and the foot resting part 12. The upper body supporting part 6 is formed on one side part 5 of the bathtub so as to form a curved face for supporting the user 2 from the back 3 to the head 4 while taking a bath. The buttock stopper 9 is provided on a bottom plate 8 so as to prevent sudden slipping of the buttocks 7.
