PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle phosphorous compound, quartz, and cristobalite mineral contained in the incineration ash as a recycling method of sewerage sludge or incineration ash.

SOLUTION: The sewerage sludge or incineration ash is subjected to a hydrothermal treatment in an aqueous sodium hydroxide, then useful materials such as artificial zeolite, hydroxylapatite, and sodium aluminate are manufactured and recovered to be recycled.
