PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server system which can be connected to a connection type server from a client device through the Internet, when the connection type server is not connected to the Internet, or when an address is changed every time the connection type server is connected to the Internet. SOLUTION: When receiving an IP address acquisition request whose host name is designated from a client PC 106, a relay server 103 determines whether or not the mobile server 101 of the designated host name is connected to the Internet 107. When the mobile server 101 is not connected to the Internet 107, a call request to a telephone number corresponding to the designated host name is transmitted to a telephone network connection device 105. The telephone network connection device 105 calls the telephone number whose calling is requested through a public telephone network 108, and the mobile server 101 connects to the Internet 107 if an incoming call comes from the public telephone network 108.
