PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balanced-to-unbalanced conversion circuit capable of satisfactorily eliminating signals of unwanted frequencies with a comparatively simple circuit structure and reducing insertion loss. SOLUTION: The balanced-to-unbalanced conversion circuit comprises a main strip line SL1 connected to an input terminal P1, a pair of sub strip lines SL2 and SL3 connected to output terminals P2 and P3, respectively, and a grand terminal Gnd. One of the sub strip lines, SL2, is electrostatic-coupled to the main strip line SL1 in a comb-line fashion, while the other sub strip line, SL3, is electrostatic-coupled to the main strip line SL1 in an interdigital fashion. A filter having a LC series circuit Ft, of which the one end is connected to the grand terminal Gnd, is connected between the main strip line SL1 and the input terminal P1.
