PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable scalable management so that changing of fire wall setting at a management objective device side or grasping of the address of the management objective device is not needed in taking measures against an event generated in the management objective device by the management device in an environment that the management objective device is connected to the management device through a network, and additional setting to the management device is not needed even when the number of management objective devices is increased. SOLUTION: In a remote management system, the event generated in the management objective device in the environment that the management objective device is connected to the management device through the network, is managed in an event system applicable to a plurality of management objective devices . A management module 121 installed in the management objective device transmits an event identifier 500 and attached information 800 to the management device 100 and receives a reception number 700, and countermeasures information 601 corresponding to the event identifier 500.
