PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily compare and evaluate singing performance of every prescribed group in a nation wide scale or every arbitrary assembly by using a communication karaoke control system in which prescribed singing corresponding display is provided in accordance with the singing of a user with respect to a communication karaoke terminal. SOLUTION: In the communication karaoke control system, a ranking computing means 28 prescribes organizations belonging to prefectures by a registered person DB31 based on a registered person ID and a singing evaluation point of a prescribed user being transmitted from a prescribed communication karaoke terminal, computes an average value by including the signing evaluation points of all registered persons belonging to the prefectures where the singing evaluation point is prescribed and further computes the ranking of all organizations while comparing with the average values of other prefectures and a display file generating means 27 generates a ranking display file which displays the ranking of all organizations including the ranking of the organization on the corresponding communication karaoke terminal.
