PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of powder capable of evaluating objectively feeling of smoothness, elongation lightness or the like of the powder. SOLUTION: A pair of tools are confronted with each other in the state where the powder 10 is held between the pair of tools 3, 3, and feeling of the powder 10 is evaluated based on a holding force and a torque value of the tools 3, 3 when at least either of the tools 3, 3 is rotated in one direction or rotated in one direction and then rotated in the reverse direction. The powder 10 is evaluated to have more excellent feeling in proportion to smallness of the fluctuation width of a friction coefficient between the tool 3 and the powder 10 determined based on the holding force and the torque value.
