PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level measuring apparatus of a simple constitution capable of preventing function reductions due to heat of an electronic substrate at low costs. SOLUTION: The liquid level measuring apparatus 1 is provided with both a measuring device 7 for measuring a liquid level in a furnace 3 and a mounting part 5 of the measuring device 7 provided for an upper part of the furnace. The measuring device 7 is provided with the electronic substrate 21 for computing the amount of delivery of a wire body 13 drooped with a float, converting a calculated value into an electric signal, and transmitting it. A cylindrical sleeve 9 for separating the measuring device 7 from the furnace 3 and passing the wire body is provided between the measuring device 7 and the mounting part 5.
