PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of dispensing with connectors, and capable of minimizing the number of pipes. SOLUTION: A medium branch passage 24 and a medium aggregate passage 26 are formed in respective medium passages 10 and 11 of a main heat exchanger body 5. Since the respective medium passages 10 and 11 of the main heat exchanger body 5 can be made to function as a distribution supply pipe and a recovery aggregate pipe to sub-heat exchanger bodies 6 and 7, connectors for branching and aggregating are obviated, and pipes 30 to 33 for connecting the main heat exchanger body 5 and the sub-heat exchanger body 6 are also minimized.
