PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method capable of preventing disturbance exerted on the whole system based on a capacity shortage of a refrigerator caused when switching to a refrigerating operation mode from a heating operation mode, in a showcase for connecting a plurality of showcases in parallel to one refrigerator. SOLUTION: The plurality of showcases 2, 3 and 4 are connected in parallel to the refrigerator 5, and when switching the showcase 2 to the refrigerating operation mode from the heating operation mode, when the temperature detected by a temperature sensor 22 is lowered to the preset temperature or less in its showcase 2, a solenoid valve 21 of the showcase 2 is opened for the first time, and is connected to the refrigerator 5, to start cooling.
