PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce R_R.O to about 15μm or below without stopping operation during molding operation in a horizontal injection molding machine for molding an optical disk substrate. SOLUTION: In the molding method of the optical disk substrate in the injection molding machine taking a constitution for allowing a movable die plate loaded with a movable mold to horizontally advance and retreat along a plurality of tie bars with respect to a fixed die plate loaded with a fixed mold by the driving force of a mold clamping drive source, the eccentricity of the molded optical disk substrate is measured during molding operation and the aligning relation of both molds at the time of injection/filling into a mold is changed without stopping operation to reduce the eccentric quantity of the optical disk substrate.
