PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in the cost aspect and the trouble aspect with the change of a sealing material by making rolling reduction so as not to be limited with the sealing material or the like, to solve problems about the leakage of a pressure medium and to wipe out defects with the complication of structure and the excess of slide resistance which are different from a ring-shaped packing which is provided in the outer peripheral part of a plunger in a pressurizing apparatus of hot isotropic pressure in the hot state. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a high-pressure vessel 2 and a booster part 3 which is provided separably above the vessel, the high-pressure vessel 2 is provided with a blind processing chamber 5 and the booster part 3 provided with a plunger 20 for adding reduction in the processing chamber 5 vertically movably. A ring-shaped packing 12 for sealing around the upper open part of the processing chamber 5 in the high-pressure vessel 2 by being pressed by joining both the upper joining surface 2a of the high-presser vessel 2 and the lower joining surface 3a of the booster part 3 is provided between them.
