PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die position indicating device for a press brake with which an interferential mistake is prevented and the operation by an operator is facilitated because an object die of movement is automatically moved to a position where is free from interference in the case the die after movement is interfered with other dies. SOLUTION: In this indicating device 10 of the position of a die, a press brake with which bending work is performed by using a die 2 divided into the plural in the longitudinal direction is taken as an object machine. This indicating device 10 of the position of the die is provided with an indicating means of die arrangement 12 by which the arrangement state of the die 2 is indicated on the screen 17 of an indicating device 16 by a figure and an operating means 13 for moving the figure of the die by which the die 2 arranged on the screen 17 is arranged in a desired position according to an indicating input. In this constitution, a detecting means 18 of the interference of the die for detecting whether or not the position of the dies 2 which is moved by the indicating input is interfered with the dies 2 which are already arranged is provided and an incompletion correcting means 19 in the die arrangement by which the position of the die 2 to be moved is taken as the position where is free from interference in the case there is interference.
