PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retransmission technology of CATV facilities which makes a receiver reliably perform a channel registration after a frequency rearrangement, and optimizes the frequency rearrangement. SOLUTION: When a physical channel is rearranged, a simultaneous period is provided for simultaneously retransmitting a desired channel in a first and a second physical channel, an interference signal is output to a frequency band of the first physical channel to be synthesized during the simultaneous period, and the output of the signal in the first physical channel and the interference signal to a transmission line is stopped after the simultaneous period.
