PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle antenna system with high reliability that is mounted on an inner surface of window glass at a vehicle interior side and hardly causes malfunction or failure due to intruded water drops. SOLUTION: Radiation conductors 22 and ground conductors 23 are formed on rear glass 51. An electronic circuit unit 21 includes: a base plate 24 fixed to the rear glass 51; a frame body 30 for accommodating a circuit board 26 and screw-fastened to the base plate 24; and a cover 31 covered on the frame body 30. Water drainage holes 30i, 31d are formed to the frame body 30 and the cover 31. The water drainage holes 30i, 31d are located around a lowermost part of the electronic circuit unit 21 in a mounted state to the rear glass 51. Further, a plurality of tongues 30j for supporting the circuit board 26 are cut and raised to the frame body 30, and through-holes 30k provided for forming the tongues 30j at a side wall part 30b are used for water drainage holes.
