COMPOSITE MOLDING AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A composite molding comprising a resin member of polyamide resin and, directly bonded thereto, a resin member of thermoplastic polyurethane resin, wherein the polyamide resin is constituted of a polyamide block copolymer containing polyether segment (A) having an imino group at at least its terminal. The polyamide resin may have free amino groups whose concentration is = 10 mmol/kg. This composite molding can be produced by, for example, heating at least either a polyamide resin or a thermoplastic polyurethane resin and thereafter coupling them with each other. The thus obtained composite molding finds suitable application in shoe sole parts, industrially used rollers, etc. By virtue of this process, the polyamide resin member and thermoplastic polyurethane resin member having different properties can be easily bonded to each other fast in a straightforward manner.
