The device has a round housing with a distribution cone (1) over which materials such as grains and pellets are conveyed into uniformly arranged extensions by a force of gravity. The materials are carried using a conveying tube (6) and are laid on a paddle wheel (2) at a point of the distribution cone. The materials are then conveyed downward and outward, and into a drain pipe (5).
