A textile weaving loom has an electric motor linked to a main drive shaft that is located within a large diameter concentric shaft. The shaft also has a flywheel and a combined brake and clutch unit. The shaft provides hand tool access to an anchorage disc that is detachable from the combined brake and clutch unit. The attachment fittings (9) between the anchorage fittings and combined brake and clutch unit consists of bolts. The adjustment is effected by a revolver-like structure (10), a tie rod (11) and a spindle (12).
