Described is a cleaning device formed by an impermeable or at least hydrophobic film, and a cleaning wipe. The film is folded and joined together so as to enclose and protect the cleaning wipe. The device is attached to the inner portion of a disposable absorbent article such as a disposable diaper by the front and/or rear waist portion thereof, thus using the cleaning wipe when changing the diaper and simultaneously forming a containing bag generated from the waist portion of the diaper.
