The present invention comprises walls internally structured by steel verticals that are placed in between every three-block arrangements, said blocks being joined together with lateral and vertical inserts without mortar, and a predetermined aperture located therein by placing a polystyrene plate attaching connector and a thermal mesh. The constructive system of the invention comprises polystyrene upper floor slabs completely covered at the lower portion, as well as concrete ribs and a compression layer located over the polystyrene, thereby providing a thermal characteristic to the slab. The constructive system hardly uses a wooden centering; therefore the system is easily attached.
