<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain calcium X type zeolite forming product having higher strength than conventional calcium X type zeolite forming product and excellent in adsorption characteristics and provide a method for producing the calcium X type zeolite forming product. SOLUTION: This calcium X type zeolite forming product is obtained by exchanging sodium ion of X type zeolite in an extruded formed product with >=40% and <70% calcium ion and has >=3.0 and <=4.5 adsorption separation coefficient (N2 /O2 ) at 0-25 deg.C. This method of producing calcium X type zeolite forming product comprises drying and baking an extruded product comprising 100 pts.wt. synthetic X type zeolite powder and <=10 pts.wt. attapulgite-based clay and bringing the baked extruded formed product into contact with calcium salt aqueous solution.</p> |
