<p>PURPOSE:To recover rhodium in high yield by allowing a solution containing rhodium and the other platinum group element and having specific chlorine ion concn. to contact with a quaternary ammonium salt type anion exchange resin at a specific temp. to adsorb the other platinum group element. CONSTITUTION:The hydrochloric acid solution containing rhodium and the other platinum group element and having >=6mol/l chlorine ion concn. is brought into contact with the quaternary ammonium salt type anion exchange resin (type 1 having no hydroxyl group is preferable) to adsorb the other platinum element except rhodium to the resin. At this time, the contact temp. of the solution with the resin is controlled to 40-70 deg.C. As a result, rhodium is efficiently and easily recovered.</p> |
