PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution control method, a method, device and system for control of the specified placing position, and also a recording medium whereby it is practicable to shorten the incoming and outgoing time when steel material is to be put in and discharged to/from a warehouse; decrease the personnel cost, prevent misacknowledgement, and enlarge the capacity of steel materials stored. SOLUTION: Steel material identifying information is given on a label affixed to the steel material C in the form of bar code, and the checkup works by man power at the time of goods incoming are reduced by the use of an ID information reading device 30 such as a bar code reader, and any specifying works for steel material C by man power at the time of goods outgoing are eliminated by the use of the specified placing position control device 10 which makes control of the specified placing position for the steel material C in the warehouse 3, wherein the specified placing position of the steel material C is calculated on the basis of the operations including the movement of a winch 20, load sensing, etc. |
