<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove dust on a steamed towel effectively and surely by pushing strong adhesive rollers automatically against both sides of the towel in two steps. SOLUTION: Above a belt conveyor 2 of a steamed towel former, an endless and silicon-impregnated belt conveyor 1 is provided. A top adhesive roller 7 rotates along the belt conveyor 1, while constantly being pushed by a swing lever 9 by the force of a spring on the top position of the turning point 5' of the silicon-impregnated belt conveyor 1. At a position diagonally below the turning point 5' to the bottom face of the silicon-impregnated belt conveyor 1, a bottom adhesive roller 12 is provided, being supported by a swing lever 14. At a position diagonally on the bottom adhesive roller 12, a non-adhesive roller 17 rotates along the bottom adhesive roller 12, while constantly being pushed by the force of another spring.</p> |
