Process for thermomechanical treatment of round steel bars heated above the recrystallization temperature, austenized, temperature equalized, formed with rollers, after exceeding the critical degree deformation subjected to dynamic recrystallization followed by heating above the Ac3 point, quenching to martensite, hardening, tempering, and subjected to predetermined twisted in the edge region to give the required degree of deformation over the cross-section.
