Process and device for the post-treatment of waste water containing fats

For the treatment of waste and sewage containing fat and grease, a secondary treatment stage (N) has a bioreactor (B) with a compressed air feed. Before reaching the bioreactor the sewage moves downwards at angle over a blade separator (L), in a preliminary stage (V), and is then transferred to the secondary treatment stage during an interruption of the sewage feed into the fat gravity separator (F). The transfer is a recirculation of compressed air and treated sewage initially through the blade separator and then into the bioreactor.
