FIELD: food-processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: dough rolling machine has housing including rigidity rib adapted for uniting side walls. Upper pair of rolls equipped with sprockets and lower pair of rolls equipped with sprockets are disposed on housing surface. Worm-and-wheel gear located within housing is provided with flexible coupling. Dough rolling machine has eccentric pin coupled to retaining handle, and retractable tray. Angle of tilt of upper inclined surface of housing makes 45 deg. Gap between upper pair of rolls is constant and constitutes 0.025 the distance between axes of respective pairs of rolls, and gap between lower pairs of rolls is adjustable. Flexible coupling extends from worm-and-wheel gear, runs around outer side of sprocket of lower roll of upper pair of rolls and extends tangentially to sprockets disposed between rolls of lower pair of rolls. Eccentric pin is movably positioned within one of lower rolls to provide for rotating adjustment of gap by means of retaining handle and defines base for rotation of roll of lower pair of rolls. Teeth of sprocket of lower pair of rolls are smaller in number than teeth of sprocket of upper pair of rolls by 3.5 times. Retractable tray is positioned for free access to lower rolls. Rigidity rib is disposed under pairs of rolls and is inclined in direction of retractable tray. Rigidity rib is made in the form of continuous bent sheet. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction and improved operating parameters. ^ 5 dwg |
