FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail vehicles designed for carrying explosive devices containing explosives. Frame 1 of rail car has center sill 2 and cross beams 3. At least one additional cross beam 4 is installed on lower side of center sill in its middle part for displacement along rails in case of dynamic deflection of center sill.
