摘要 FIELD: heat power engineering; air and water heating equipment for steam boilers. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of heat power engineering, in particular, to the air and water heating equipment for steam boilers working both on organic fuels and the secondary power resources of metallurgical production (blast-furnace and coke gases). The offered structure of heating up air and water for the boilers contains a deaerator and a high-pressure heater in succession connected through a condensation installation of the boiler with the main economizer of the boiler. At that the structure is supplied with the built-in in a water tract of the boiler two air-to-water heat exchangers and two additional stages of the high-pressure water economizer, one stage of which - the last in direction of motion of flue gases is directly connected to a deaerator and to the first air-to-water heat exchanger connected to a high-pressure heater. The other stage - after the high-pressure heater - is coupled to the main high-pressure economizer through the condensation installation of the boiler. Besides on the link bridging the latter with the main economizer the second air-to-water heat exchanger is mounted. At that on the link bridging the second air-to-water heat exchanger with the main economizer a gas-to-water heat exchanger for heating up of the blast-furnace gas may be mounted. The offered engineering solution allows to improve reliability of operation of the boiler unit due to complete exclusion in the structure of heating up air of components subject to corrosion at combustion of sulfur-containing fuels, prevention of the internal and external corrosion of a full-flow additional high-pressure economizer at feeding in it of water with temperature of 150°-160°C after the deaerator P = 0.6 + 0.05 MPa, and also a significant decrease of an average steam content at the outlet of the main high-pressure economizer at combustion of a mixture of the fuels with a large share of the blast-furnace gas and the high-moisture fuels. Besides the invention allows to increase profitability of the boiler at a selected optimal ratio of values of the additional economizer stages surfaces heating, the air-to-water and the gas-to-water heat exchangers due to a decrease of the effluent gases temperature. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to increase significantly profitability of the boiler. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
