The side of the slide is provided with the closed screw groove. The carrier is interposed between the slide and rotation body. One part of the carrier is secured to the flywheel, and the other part is set in the screw groove in the slide. The rotation of the slide with respect to the housing is arrested by the spline joint. The additional slide is mounted opposite to the main slide along the axis of rotation of the flywheel.
