FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing esophagus in cervical region and in initial part of thoracic region having distance enough for bringing it out to skin. Its curvature is formed so that it closes transverse esophageal lumen and the esophagus becomes divided into afferent and efferent elbow. The afferent and efferent elbows are partially sutured to each other with interrupted sutures placed on the right esophageal wall. Linear transverse cut of the left esophageal wall is done in front of bend place. The so formed esophagostoma is fixed to skin. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in creating permanent opening for making saliva discharge from the esophagus. ^ 3 dwg
