Thyroid gland mass ratio relative to child body mass is calculated. The ratio being equal to 0.07-0.11*10-3, thyroid gland condition is considered to be in norm. The value being less than 0.7*10-3, thyroid gland hypoplasia is to be diagnosed. The value being greater than 0.11*10-3, thyroid gland hyperplasia is to be diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
