FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for preparing new derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole of the general formula (I): wherein R1 means the group -R3CO or -; -R3SO2; R2 means hydrogen atom, methyl, the group CH2=CH-, phenyl; R3 means methyl, phenyl, 4-MeC6H4. Method involves addition of corresponding alkyl halide to 5-amino-3-[N-R1]-amino-1-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole solution in dimethylsulfoxide, dimethylformamide or N-methylpyrrolidone in the presence of sodium alcoholate. Proposed method can be used in synthesis of medicinal and biologically active substances from inexpensive and available raw being without using the complex technological procedures. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 2 cl, 6 ex |
